1. Introduction Welcome to the Love Yoga Crew @Home Membership. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our digital platform, including on-demand videos, live Zoom classes, and community features (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer (Please Read Carefully) By participating in Love Yoga Crew classes (online, live, or pre-recorded), you acknowledge that yoga includes physical exertion which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury.

• Consult Your Doctor: You agree that you have consulted a medical professional before starting this or any new exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are returning from injury.
• Self-Responsibility: You understand that in an online setting, the instructor cannot provide hands-on adjustments or see your specific environment. You agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating.
• Environment: It is your responsibility to ensure you have a safe, clear space to practice, free of obstacles or slip hazards.

3. Membership & Billing

• The Subscription: The @Home Membership is a recurring subscription service. By signing up, you authorize us to charge your payment method the subscription fee displayed at checkout.
• Billing Cycle: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis (unless an alternative billing cycle was selected at checkout). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service. Any price changes will be communicated to you via email at least 30 days in advance.

4. The 7-Day Free Trial

• If you sign up for our 7-Day Free Trial, you will not be charged during the first 7 days.
• Automatic Conversion: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the 7-day trial period, you will automatically be charged the agreed membership fee on the 8th day. It is your responsibility to cancel if you do not wish to continue.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• How to Cancel: You may cancel your membership at any time through the “Manage Account” section of the website.
• Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation stops future billing. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Refund Policy: As this is a digital content service with immediate access, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time.
• Trial Cancellations: If you cancel during your free trial, your access may end immediately or at the end of the 7 days, depending on system settings, and you will not be charged.

6. Code of Conduct We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, kind sanctuary. When participating in Live Zoom sessions or Community Circles:

• Be respectful to the instructor and fellow members.
• We reserve the right to terminate the account of anyone harassing, threatening, or disrupting the community, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property All content provided on the Service—including videos, audio files, text, and logos—is the property of Love Yoga Crew.

• Personal Use Only: Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own personal, non-commercial practice.
• No Sharing: You may not share your login credentials with others, nor may you download, redistribute, or screen-record our content for distribution.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Yoga Crew and Stephanie Crew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
