It’s been a very busy summer in our Zen Mums and Wee Yogis group! Lots of new arrivals means that there’s lots of spots available in the Pregnancy Yoga class and I’m so excited as these baby yogis come to yoga with their mummies!
Pregnancy Yoga is designed for expectant mums that are new to yoga. It’s not a super lively class, in fact it’s the opposite! We explore gentle ways to soothe the body, calm the mind and ease those pregnancy aches and niggles. Suitable for 12 weeks onwards. It’s a brilliant way to connect and make friends too.
Mummy & Baby Yogis is suitable for mummy 6/8 weeks after delivering your baby. A super chill, calm and relaxing class. Babies love the yoga vibes and you’ll be surprised how relaxed they are! Some rehabilitation for mum, bonding with baby and chatting with other new mums.
